This happens to me often.
I try to use a site like this with Mozilla Firefox: http://office.microsoft.com/training/training.aspx?AssetID=RC011313811033
but it will say "Additional Plugins are required to display all the media on this page". So I click "Install Missing Plugins", but then it says "No suitable plugins were found." So I click "Manual Install" and it takes me to the Windows Media download center. Even though I already have WMP, I try to install it again but it says I already have the most updated version. Help?!

I have purchased something off of the seller bigjohnocean on ebay, and I was wondering if any of you have had dealings with this seller, his feedback is mixed, good and bad, but I'm beginning to have my suspicions about him, he refuses to acknowledge he has recieved my payment and has sent the item out. I'm leaving reasonable time for him to send the goods before I report him to ebay, but that is not the point, I could lose a not inconsiderable amount of money if this gets dragged out beyond the 60 day dispute time with ebay and paypal, worried, very worried.

My friend is still on dial-up but has recently developed a problem with her connection. Her computer worked fine until a few weeks ago when it suddenly started cutting off. It will connect but will cut off after 3 mins and will not reconnect.
I had a similar problem a few years ago due to a trojan dialler, but she has virus-checked and it says it is fine.
The phone company has checked the line and says there's no problem with it. Her ISP say it is nothing to do with them.
Any ideas???
