Shelbe, you have security issues. Or is it, insecurity issues! Sometimes there is an issue with Pop-Up Blockers. I would first try to turn off the pop up blocker you are using (if any) and then go to the sites. I have had the blocker not allow me to go to sites especially when using a link. If that is the case, once you have got in, click on your pop up blocker icon and click on whatever says something to the effect of: Always allow pop ups from'.
If that is not the problem then yes, go to tools>internet options>security. When this happens it usually is in 'restricted sites'. If you think the sites you are trying to view have a possibility of being dangerous to computers, don't visit them! Quit trying to look at that stuff!
