see if your local favorite radio station has a website and a "listen live" section.

like the first poster said, and windows media player has a Radio Tuner button which you can use to search for internet music stations

i use http://www.live365.com or if u know the radio station, search for it using google and then u should be able to click on stream radio.

You can also go to shoutcast.com and browse all the internet radio stations they have there.
