Now if you want to slow your internet connection down a bit and surf anonymously then the answer is a proxy server.

lol, that was a good one, no sorry buddy, you only use proxy when you're connection have to be through a proxy or 'cause u want to me anonymous and use proxy servers, but no none proxy speed ur connection
