If possible, please state the minimun and maximun bandwidth (internet speed) in your country. I heard China maximun is up to 50Mbps, not sure whether it's true. Singapore average is around 3Mbps.

I want to know if there is a website or anything out there, that I can find out who a certain phone # belongs to or whatever. Sometimes I get people phoning me at all hours and I don't know who the phone number belongs to. They aren't leaving a voicemail.
