Not think there an Ad Free, Free Web Host. That why they Free! Ads pay for it.
But, http://www.lypha.com is $4.95 a month I think when you pay so much in advanced and $6.95 normal.

To host your site for free, I would highly recommend the following 2 sites.

Awardspace -> http://www.awardspace.com (PHP + MySQL)
50webs -> http://www.50webs.com

Both of these sites allow you to host for free and does not have any advertisement pop ups like those provided by geocities. Once you have your site registed, your can give away free email addresses to your visitors. However, you would have to set them up manually.

I have sites hosted on both the companies. Example
Awardspace -> http://www.wanginternet.com
50webs -> http://cctvcamera.50webs.com

Also, read a review I wrote on Awardspace at http://www.wanginternet.com/free-web-hosting-with-no-advertising.htm

If you already built your website using Microsoft Word, or a similar produt, you can upload it and manage it for free at freewebs.com using the HTML site builder. (HTML knowledge isn't actually required) If you choose the Easy Site Builder mode, you can just type in what you want on the page, but there's ads and you have to use Freewebs premade templates. Also, for freewebs, you have to use a www.freewebs.com/[whatever] site name. You can have a www.[whatever].com address, but that costs money.
