If you really want to send a readable message to someone in French, then get person to translate for you. If you simply wanted to read something that was written in French, then you can struggle with computerized translation guides.
You see, these computerized systems do a very poor job of creating readable French from what you wrote in English.

On Yahoo's home page click the yellow bar that says All Yahoo Services. When you get to the page go down to the B's and pick the link Babel Fish Translations. When you get to that page you can type in what you want and choose how you want it translated.

I understand that if you go to Microsoft.com and download the french format for your PC you can then translate English into french. And there are many other languages you can use by downloading them.
