There are a lot of younger ones on here that do not have the knowledge or experience to answer those kinds of question. I have found some people here that do have the expertise for that type of question, just that they don't have the time to be on here a lot so many good question get little or no response.

Sometimes the right people aren't online when you need them. If you really need to know, you should ask your question again so you might be able to catch the right person. I wish I knew something about IP numbers, but I don't, so I can't help you even now. Sorry.

It really depends.. on who see's the question. But seeing that question made me want to read up on it so i could help you. Im sorry yours didnt get answered. I think it must be just lucky tht sometimes someone who knows the answer sees it. I know that when i see a question i know the answer too. I get kind of excited, well sort of lol well i guess i just hope that somehow answering there question helps them.

Maybe no one knew the answer. Maybe your question was vague. Maybe people thought the question was stupid. Remember, a 'good' question is subjective. Just because it was an issue for you does not meant that others felt it was worth the time.

I'm sorry but all I know about ISP's is that they are Internet service provider numbers and they are assigned to a specific computer--like an address.

you might have meant ip address, ip address are number that are assing to you computer connection to the internet.
