You have WinXP ... which is by Microsoft, and you want to download the latest Internet Explorer, also by Microsoft, but you don't want to go to the Microsoft website to do so?

I Don't know of other legal places to get it. You aren't able to get it there, because of a reason with your WinXP?

Try Mozilla firefox ... it's a great browser....
