o not found so unable to use can anyone help

I am trying to copy my "My Pictures" folder (it's quite big) from my older external harddrive to a new, bigger one.I'm getting a JPG decode error- with the message "can't allocate memory for result image(s)! Out of memory". The old harddrive is almost full, but the new one is nearly empty. I formatted it as the instructions said before using it. I am able to see some of the thumbnails in a folder (in both harddrives) but others are blank and when I try to open the photo I get the above error. Is it because I need to free more space on the old harddrive? The copy process seems to work ok but then some of the pictures can't be seen. I don't want to lose the pictures. Any help resolving the problem would be appreciated! Thank you

Ok I have been looking at graphics cards, I right now have a GeForce Fx 5200 and a Dell Dimension 4600. How can I tell if a graphics card is right for me? What does the number of MB beside the card tell me? How can I tell if I am AGP or PCI-E capable?

I want to upgrade the memory on an HP A1312n Media Center computer. It comes installed with 512 MB installed, and I can go up to 2 GB if the installed memory is replaced. The HP site listed the speed supported as PC2-3200 MB/sec. Will PC3200 400 MHz work? What is the ideal for adding 1 gig of memory?

I have had to re-Install my Windows XP Professional operating system but since then two of my USBs refuse to work. Now, if I for example I want to use the printer I need to discconect for example the joystick. Before this trouvble, all 4 USBs were OK. Any ideas what the problem is ? What is more puzzling for me is that the joystick for example sometimes works and sometimes does not. Please help !!!!!!!! THANKS.

I'm getting a gig of RAM thats faster than my current RAM(it compatible....what i'm getting is I Gig DDR-400, while my current is 512mb DDR-333), will it still work? Also should I update my BIOS and power supply(i have a 250 watt supply)?

I have a Pentium 4, 1.6 Gig 256RAM laptop
They say cams consume a lot of working memory on a pc
Do you think I even need a fast trnsfer USB 2 cam like 1.3mp one?
I mean how do I find out if my laptop can even handle it...(I do have a USB 2.0 port)
