I know a few people who are not using cell phones, email or having active websites and trying to have a business. They are resisting modern day technology and still using snail mail. They are disconnected with what is going on in the outside world. They are trying to run a business like this.

Do you think that a business other than a restaurant or perhaps a drop in tourist attraction can contiunue to to function well without an active web site?

I am always looking for websites of places even restuarants because they are great for after hours and take the place of impatient employees. If I do not find a web site I usually move on to another place that does have one.

What do you think? Is it essential to have an on-line presence these days?

I just bought the ASRock 775I65G and I have done alot of research about it on the internet and I am %90 sure it is compatiable with all my other stuff but could someone just please check.

i have this assignment on the next day .the assignment is to write a program in C++,visual studio,
1.
that stores student data of number of students as structure(student ID, student name, age & CGPA)can insert, sort,delete any of the datas. it is better to put them as a dynamic pointer to delete.
2.and program that enables to add ,subtract or multiply two matrix
the operation are choosen by the user & the matrix data isgiven by the user.

I've one ad-ware on my PC which is in the system tray beside the clock, right-bottom coner of the screen.

it shows the Stop sign and "?" sign alternatively in a circle. It also shows that "Critical System Error!!". then sometimes there is a note pop up as saying

"System Alert: Malware threats
Your computer is infected with a back door Trojan that allows the remote attacker ......"

and when i click on the blinking sign it goes to this web-site:

I've used the spybot software to remove but couldn't!!
i believe this is an ad-ware, or am i in trouble?
please help, as i am totally lost, thanks in advance for answering.

an internet security program that my 12yr old autistic son can't dissable, have tried net nanny and mcafee, he dissables the parental controls by going into control panel the whole internet system then crashes, need to restrict the websites he visits, but all software we have tried crashes because he tries to disable it, help please
