I am frequently encountering problems with my system because i do not install anti virus programs and my solution is to reformat again and again. I always have a back-up of my files in a safe place. However, there must be a procedure to backup my whole system drive, with all its drivers and programs installed, while it is still in its fresh state, so that I do not need to reformat my computer again and again, and just restore it from the backup that I made? I have an external USB HDD which can accommodate the size of my system drive. Im using a laptop without a floopy disk drive. Thanks.

The hosting company that I use, is charging me to hide my information from whois and all those kind of sites. They call it a feature, I am getting ripped off?

i need a step by step description as to how to download stuff on my mac... i got to the point where i click on the download button on the internet page but after that it says taht the program i am trying to download is an application and do i want to continue... i click yes... then when it finishes i cna't open it... and it is really starting to get frustrating cause i've never used a mac before and neither has my dad and he always helps me with all of my computer problems...

I posted a question about repairing my laptop screen after it got wet. Got alot of good advice. Last night, my husband took my laptop back to the guy he got it from. It would have cost around $500 to get a new screen and I didn't want to buy a new laptop because the guy added alot of cool stuff to this one as well as more memory (512 mb). So he just took my hardware out of the old laptop and put it in a new one...for free. Ain't that cool??? Again, thanx guys!

My computer crass last month. so i reinstall my office 03 on it. Now when i put my product key in some programs it don't install for me. So, the programs is not going to work without product key and that is my problem how to make program accept my product key
