Video software question?

Is there any free/cheap program that lowers the quality of a video file for free. Im trying to upload to youtube, but they have a 20 mb limit and my file is like 24 mbs....

I use VirtualDub and a large set of codecs. VirtualDub is free to download at http://www.virtualdub.org

Here. Make a shortcut to your video(right-click/send to/desktop as shortcut). Then make an email, attach the video to the email and let me see what i can do!

check this site it has many progams that can do what you need as well the cracks for them
