My video capture device demands 2.0 usb, which I have, yet it says they are 1.1. What gives???

I checked the ports, they say they are "enhanced" which means 2.0, not 1.1. What the ???

Is the cable your using also USB 2.0? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00004Z5M1

It will work also on USB 1 although slower so it is not a big deal either way. Do you have anything else you can put on there to verify whether they are 1 or 2?
