I've only every owned PC/Windows. But I'm in need of a new laptop, and I won't need to do anything advance on it (IT related stuff). I just want a quick, convienient laptop that is stable and that I will *like*. I keep reading on Apple forums that OSX-10.5 will be a better O/S than MS, but I don't know if that is just Mac Addicts being self-agrandizing. Does anyone know which will be a better O/S?

When I type something in the about me section of my Myspace, or put in a code for glitter font, I use enter to seperate them.

ex.

Hello how are you?

I'm fine!

On my page it will look like this.

Hello how are you?I'm fine.

How do I get it so that when I hit enter it actually does it on my main page.

I have installed Windows xp then, updated my xp to windows xp with sp2. But, for some reason I had to format my C drive. and I installed windows xp from cd. Now, from, My computer>properties , it showed that I had windows xp. But, in control panel, those, sp1, sp2 hotfix are there. When I tried to update from microsoft update again after formatting C drive and installed windows xp, it doesnt recognize that I do not have sp2. Rather, it showed, i have already updated to sp2.
Now, should I remove,those,sp1,sp2 hotfix from add/remove program, and again update windows to sp2. Will it be possible to update to sp2 after deleting sp1,sp2 hotfix??
Please, help me on this matter.

Im afraid that all people I don't know are online preatodors how do I know how that person will be nice. How do I know if he will be nice. How will I know how to say Do you want to meet somewhere? with out them thinking im an online preatodor. I don't want to scare them away if I feel a connection?!

I have a year and half old HP laptop that was mid-range when I bought it, but I would like it to run a little fast for games. If I can upgrade the RAM where should I take it? Is it possible to upgrade the video card too?

Installed new Windows XP Home Edition on Sunday evening, Windowa program I had before that said it was a bootleg version,, and Microsoft wouldnt download updates,, therefore got a virus and Microsoft shut down computer,,, So had to get the new Windows XP Homedition with service pack two.. Thou when computer was reformated ,, lost audio device and now have no sound,, Can someone please tell me how to download an audio device,, so I have sound again? I already know that the answer begins with PURCHASE A YAHOO PLUS ACCOUNT TO GET POP ACCESS, and I even found this:

But I still don't understand for sure if I will be able to physically move all my old emails that have been sitting in my inbox to Outlook. Will it happen automatically or is there a separate process? I don't care nearly as much about the new emails that I'll be receiving (I could just quit Yahoo if that were the case), but I need bring along the emails I've gotten over the years. Has anybody done this?

Oh, and it's not Outlook Express I want to use, it's Outlook 2003. Will this make a difference?
