My Computer's Color Is All Messed Up!!! I Tried Changing The Resolution But There Are No Other Ones Besides 16 Colors and 640 x 480 Pixels. The Size Of The Windows Are Also Extremely Large.
I Have Windows ME With A Intel Pentium 2 Prossecor If That Makes A Difference.
PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!

sounds like your display driver isnt installed properly. go to ur :
control panel
click system
find "device manager" wherever
and expand the "display adapters"
go to your display adapter's manufacturer's page and get the driver or something.
Or just use the cd if u have it.

If you haven't gone to display properties and tried to change it there. Otherwise it sounds like you need to reinstall your video card driver. You seem to using the default windows display driver at the moment.
