I was running einstein@home task on BOINC when I was looking at the Graphics, a little large Orange blob showed up and started moving around! Was this a signal?

I will be traveling to multiple places in India and will need high speed Internet access. I am ok with WiFi or mobile based GPRS/EDGE connections. The more locations I can make the connections, the better. Wifi might be too limiting in terms of hotspots.

my pc is hp pavilion a1023c desktop and it has conventional pci parts, which nvidia geforce is recommended for play this game, the box says at least a geforce 6 series, but only i found pci-e or agp, where can i find a normal pci video card on ebay and what model?

Why is yahoo getting rid of their old page starting September 1st?! I prefer it MUCH more than its new page... It's new page is an MSN copycat and it's a lot harder to find information on it. Does anyone agree with me? Do you think yahoo would listen to us if we tried to have this old page stay along with the new page layout?

I am from the UK, and everything on my keyboard works fine except for a few keys. The most annoying is the pound sign displays # instead. And pressing shift then 2 gives me @. For the @ button, it gives me " for some reason. That's about it. Is it the Country the keyboard's assigned to? The computer monitor had some trouble changing to different modes (I have an LCD TFT that has digital and analogue modes), but the other users' keys are fine, it's just my user name. Can someone please help????

Right now i have an Intel Pentium 4 32-Bit processor at 2.4Ghz. I found and AMD Athlon 64-Bit processor at the same clock speed (2.4Ghz). I have two questions about this processor:
1. Will it still run slower or faster then my 2.4Ghz 32-Bit Intel?
2. If i run a 32-Bit program will it still run like my current Intel Processor since it is 32-bit and runs at 2.4Ghz?
I saw this AMD Athlon 64 on a Compaq.

Well i got a copy of about 55 roms from by brother and I have been playing there but I can not get it to save my progress! It will ask "save and continue" and I always say yes but when I go to play again I find myself playing the same lvls over and over! Does anyone know how to save my progress?
