I got hijacked once with my old computer.
I called technical support, and they went through various proceedures to get rid of it.
The computer got slower and developed some problems soon after, so it was worth my while getting something new.

if it is hijacked do a google search on smitfraud fix.i was hijacked and that cleared it up quick

use zone alarms though it is expensive it is very effect and don't use ad-aware it is free but inefficient

try going to START -> SEARCH. Then type that in.
