If you are drifting in a parking lot, or just tearing up pavement, what kind of trouble can you get in?

Say I'm drifting in a parking lot owned by a business, and the cops catch me, what can happen? Do they have to contact the business owner and see if they want to press charges or what?

And what about abandoned parking lots? Give 'er hell?

City owned parking lots? like Public Parking?

PS if anyone knows any places in Southern Oklahoma/Northern Texas, that would be great, I live just under 2 hours north of Dallas TX.

I need the number of cars owned by residents of San Francisco, or the amount of carbon dioxide those cars pump into the atmosphere in a given amount of time. It's for a school project on carbon emissions. Please also put the source you got your figure from so I can list it in my bibliography and check the fact myself. Thank you!

Some U.S. cities are known to fix potholes very quickly, while in others potholes take months to be fixed and almost become landmarks ("the gas-station? oh, just turn right at the third pothole....")..

What was the longest-lived pothole you've ever seen?

I like gas tanks to be on the driver's side so I don't have to walk around the car when I"m by myself and pumping gas (yes, I AM that lazy). Is there a real reason for gas tanks to ever be placed on the passenger side? My husband thinks it might have to do with safety during wrecks.

I work as an engineer, but i am pretty sure I'm about to get laid off.
I want to become a trucker and i would aspire to start my own company.
What do you think about your career choice? I am tired of being behind a desk, and fed up with the corporate environment

Whenever we have low temp's like 20 degrees F or below, the news people report that you should get a full tank of gas because there may be a possibility of an almost empty tank freezing. Is this true? I really don't want to get out in the cold to fill up my tank.

is it just a coincidence that the subaru is a environmentalist, hiker, tree hugger, earthy type of brand... or the owners of them tend to be...
and the subaru logo is a astrology symbol about some godess of the stars or something...

is it a coincidence that people that choose environmentalism as their beleif system (or their religion) are the majority of people that drive them? or atleast where i live they are...

is this a coincidence or a marketing program by subaru?

I dropped my kids off at daycare and as I was leaving the woman who parked next to me in the driveway asked if she should move her car. We looked and there was enough space so I said don't worry about it. Big mistake! I backed out slowly making sure my side mirror didn't come close to her car. I felt nothing touch and I drove off as normal. The woman called me 30 minutes later saying I hit her car and she had taken pictures. I immediately thought did I hit her car and not know it. Checked my car and absolutely no scratches or marks at all. WTF?

The woman has filed a police report and the cop said he could either investigate it or we resolve ourselves. Her car is bright red with 2 white scratch marks on the bumper behind her back tire. She wants to have the insurance companies take care of it. Should I cave in and say it must have been me even though my car has no marks, should I try and compromise and see if we can get her car buffed/painted in that spot, or get insurance to handle?

I am looking for my first car, and while i was searching the web, I came across the Scion tC. I said, wow, it looks pretty cool. For the last month, I have been seeing Scion tCs (only about 5) and when I saw them, all of the drivers were chicks! If it is a chick car, are there any other cars that are affordable, and not chick cars?

are you supposed to steer hand over hand? do you get docked down points for not turning that way?
for instance, if i am turning right, i use both hands to turn the wheel to the right then i take off the right & cross over to the left side of the wheel then take off my left & put it on the left side of the wheel. im sorry my question is so confusing. but if anyone could help or give me suggestions that would be great. im taking my test tomorrow. thanks

I rent a car about 12 times last 3 years (about 80 days) and they had always unlimited millage. If I pay before taxes $35/day, I don't feel guilty to do 100 milles/day but if it is $15/day (or less) as in Los Angeles, I feel that I am wrong to do 100-150 milles/day.

To avoid to frustrate the car rental companies, what should be a fair total of daily millage if I pay $15 or $35 a day?

Lets say i'm slowing down or comming to a stop, is it better to allow the rpm to drop below 2,000 before i put it into neutral? My friend said that it keeps the manual transmission's teeth from ruining.
