OK here is the situation. The driver was pulled over and had only a instruction permit, not a license. The cop noticed this, but only issued a ticket for speeding and no seat belt. The cop then let the driver drive away. It says nothing about the lack of driver license on the ticket.
Isnt this a technicallity? will the ticket be dismissed?

He can't reach the pedals, is there anything made to put behind him, besides a pillow. I need something that will stay in place as he drives. I am looking for some type of wrap-around cushion.

I've got about £5000 to spend on a car in the next few weeks. It's got to be in a reasonable insurance bracket as I'm 22 and only have 1yr no claims. It should be fun to drive but usable on the motorway too. I was thinking of a VW Polo GTI 00-02 but insurance is just too much. Any suggestions?

In this day and age, we should be offered vehicles from dealers that run on agents other than gasoline. Some people drive many miles just to get to work and cannot utilize public transportation and a larger percentage of their paycheck is used just to travel to and from work. It would also help to lower the cost of truck driving (semis) and that extra cost carries over to the cost of products that are transported by semi trucks.
