Sit in the front seats, not in the back where the vibrations are stronger.

Don't focus your eyes on a particular thing, just look straight ahead, with your head back. Let fresh air in, open window or turn the AC on.

You can also try closing your eyes.

It's the movement, keep your eyes closed as much as possible be as still as possible, and take a big bag of pretzels with you munch on them slowly, ya know like just chew them slow you don't want to just eat them your using them to settle your stomach. I went on a boat ride with lots of waves they had a big bowl of pretzels for everyone. All of this will really work for you. Cars, boats, planes.

Do u get car sick when u drive or when u r a passenger?
You can try driving yourself, you should not get car sick that way.
