Efficiency means gas consumption vs. the price you paid for the car...at least in my humble opinion...a really expensive car wouldn't be considered efficient to me...I'm talking the most bang for your buck...like a honda for example ;-)

I am think getting 49cc skateboard can go aound 32 mph, but you know something better you have good experience with? I need to m,ake a 8 mile trip to work and 8 miles again to home...GAS prices are kill me. It is faster please answer and durable...you have bike/scooter/board? Please Sorry my English.

I'm looking for a car to use in the UK that will also serve as a compact delivery van. My friend suggested a citroen picasso as he says his regularly returns 60 - 75 mpg. I find that hard to believe. Can anyone recommend a small car that will serve as a van & is super cheap to own & run?
