if you buy it from a company, it will come with a warranty. and at least you know it would have been maintained. caterpillar are very expensive but the top of the line in equipment, by the same token repairs can be costly. better to pay alittle more up front than alot down the line

well good luck with that just rember if the price is to good to be true it is caues the machine is stolen buy it form a contractor or a small used equipment dealer
