You're driving on a multi-lane busy street, and you signal to turn right onto a street, and the person behind you immediately swerves into the left lane to pass you instead of just waiting patiently for two seconds? I always have this happen to me, and it kinda gets to me for some reason. A lot of the times, it's the way they swerve over, as if they're pissed that you have to turn right. Anyone have any opinion?

I know I've tripped & fallen, rushing to the bus. 1 time I saw a lady who ran for the bus & fell so hard she knocked a few teeth out, bussed her lip, & was crying, & she had to go to the ER. But then if you're late to school/work, you're in trouble. Even 5 min. late-trouble. Only if you would've walked out the door a few minutes earlier.

Just this afternoon i went through a red light, although the green arrow was on to turn left. Instead of going left i went straight on. The traffic light had a little black box on top of the lights, will i get caught?

What is the most you would pay per gallon of gas before you make MAJOR changes in your lifestyle or protest? I don't mean like buying less soda during the day. I mean more like carpooling even if the hours are off (meaning sitting at work waiting or going in hours early), only driving your car when you absolutely HAVE to, pressuring lawmakers to get alternative energy pushed through faster for vehicles, riding a bike to work even if it's a long distance, or getting rid of your truck or SUV even if you need it due to your situation (kids, haul items alot, etc...)?
I ask this question because recent legislation is giving I beleive about 10 years for carmakers to increase fuel economy, however at the current rate of fuel cost increase, we'd be paying in the range of $7 to $9 a gallon by then. This I seeing being an amount that would price many people out of being able to drive. I am getting worried. Any other opinions?

not somewhere specific, like route 202, or something, just something general. Like for a winding road sign, you would see it on a winding road.

70 MPH means most people go 75-80 with some people going faster.

So why do people merge on so slow?

If you are one of them please stop, I mean GO!

In Nova Scotia, Canada, we're paying 112.2 cents per litre. That would be $5.10 per Imperial gallon, or $4.25 per American gallon.

I've been riding motorbikes for a short while now, after driving for about 7 years, and from day one, the first time I stepped onto a motorbike, I've had grief from terrible car driving.

The very first day, I, and others in my group had drivers tailing literally just a few feet from our bikes, and I know in my case it was intentional as the idiot child was grinning and refused to back off all the way down one road, then swerved dangerously close right into my lane as she came past on a short dual carriageway!

Since then I've had to deal with people cutting me off while filtering (WHICH IS PERFECTLY LEGAL), try to interrogate me about using parking spaces to park my bike (EH?) and a general lack of awareness on the road. No indicating to change lanes, on roundabouts, and today I had some woman actually cut me up on a roundabout (serves me right for driving safely and at reasonable speeds). Again I know this was intentional from the big satisfied grin of the idiots face.

WHY?
