Dose the car actually exist?!!?!?!?!?

I'm looking purchase a Porsche 911 when I leave Uni as I have £20k saved for the purpose.

I'd like it to be the late 80s/ early 90s shape, in black, targa top. Tea-tray spoiler and a turbo engine.

Was this car ever made?

Will a baby seat fit in the backseat of a Porsche 911?

I'm curious about toddler seats, not infant seats. I'm considering getting a 2003-2004 Porsche 911 convertible, and I'm wondering if it's possible to put the seat into the backseat, on the passenger side.

What does the "S" mean on Porsches?

I know it stands for "elivated perfomance" from what I have read in Porsche advertising. But why "S"? I know that "GT" stands for grand touring. So what is the word behind the "S" I know it is not Sport.
