Hi, I agree with "eamnesia" on this and agree that the S03's are great for the 993. Once you have installed them remember to get a full front and rear wheel alignment. Not just a Toe adjustment, I mean, ride height check, Camber, Caster, Toe, Kinematic Toe etc. very important on any Porsche 911 and even more important after installing brand new tires. I recommend these to all my Porsche customers and they are real happy. If you plan on doing DE days or tracking the car on a race circuit then you may need to consider another choice. Hope this helps you out.

Pirelli, Bridgestone, Nitto, Kuhmo, Michelin, continental and Wanli all make decent Performance tires. It depends on what you want to spend and what you want.

If you want real advice look up articles from R&T, Car & Draver and siomilar magazines who have tested multiple tires against each other wet and dry. This will tell you what you need to know and what direction to look in.

for summer or all season. If you can afford 911, I would go with Bridgestone Potenza Pole Position S03.

Whatever the manufacturer recommends for your car...probably Pirelli high-performance ZF rated tires.

The manufacturer supports a certain tire brand and size for a reason, after all. ;)

check tirerack.com

you won't get biased 13 year old's feeding you BS based off what they've seen in posters. You can read actual owners' reviews of your car model who have bought certain kinds of tires, and what they have to say
