The worlds most expensive car is my Toyota Tacoma and it is currently for sale at the price of $489,000,000.95 Any offers?
If you are looking the 2nd most expensive car as compaired to my truck it is most likely the Bugatti Type 41 Royale which has an asking price of $10 Million.
The worlds current most expensive "production" vehicle I believe is also the Bugatti Veyron with a sticker price over $1.2 million.

The fastest "production" car ever produced is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4. The 0-60 time is 2.5 seconds and it's top speed is 253 mph (406 kph). Its net rating of 1001 bhp and a whopping 923 lb-ft of torque @ 2,200-5,500 rpm also makes it the most powerful production car ever produced.
The MClaren F1 is the previous record holder with a 0-60 time of 3.4 seconds, and a top speed of 231 mph (372 kph) and "only" 627 bph and 479 lb-ft of torque @ 4,000 rpm.

The idiot who said a Veryoen is $10 million is retarded. The most expensive.. Rolls Royce Silver Goast's, '66 Cobra Daytona's, '66 Ferrari 250 GTO's, all in the priceless catagory.

I'd say Cadillac's "Sixteen" v16 concept car premiered at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in 2003. It's the only one of its kind in the world, and is currently not to be had for any price whatsoever.

Duesenbergs. Each one was different from the others. All custom made specifically for customer. Even if I had the money I wouldn't waste my money on these slugs. I like my blown Detroit iron just fine.
