My Call Center is going to start doing bussines with American Companies so I am not sure if I am subject to NRA Withholding. I understand that I am subject to NRA witholding if the property that produces the income is located in the United States or the services for which the income is paid were performed in the United States.

I have the following questions:

1: If a US Telecommunication Company hires me to sell long distance plans for US customers and pays me a commision for each sale, Are those commisions considered as "U.S. Source Income" even though the service was performe in a foreign country?

2: What if a company hires me for handlyng their customer service. Does the IRS Classiflies the Payments I receive as U.S. Source Income or not?

If you can help me I took information from the IRS site

I worked almost 11 months out out this year. I just recently lost my job due to them relocating, im now receiveing Unemployment. my question is i chose to have some fed and state come out of my check for unemployment, but they only take out 10 pecent for fed, and i think 2% for my state Which is RI. I am eligible for the child credit. So since i did work most of 06, and since all of fed is not being totally withheld, i know i will have to owe some. So will i also be eligible for a refund, as well as oweing for the weeks on Unemployment?

An H&R Block agent told us we could sell our home without paying capital gains tax even though we had lived in it for less than two years because we got married in the same year. Well, he was wrong and we're getting stuck with a 25K tax bill. They won't take responsibility for this, and we're considering suing them. Does anyone have any experience with this? A website with similar information would be most appreciated.
