I have an ebay account, but I can only buy stuff since I dont have a bank account or whatever you need to sell stuff.

Is there anyway I can use my moms checking account or anyway to sell stuff without having to have that? I really dont want to pay 20 dollars a month just so I can have a checking account just for ebay.

I'd like to start a company that sells t-shirts and other apparel that have direct heat transfer or screen printed graphics, embroidery, etc on them. I'd like to have different brands and sell them online as well as to retailers both locally and nationwide (in the US). I've listed some detailed questions and information below:

1- I would like to find out more information on the different methods of putting graphics onto apparel, their strengths and weaknesses, the differences in each method, which method is appropriate for a certain graphic or expected quality and so on. I've done some research on the internet but I'd like to have much more information. Any book, website, video etc recommendations are welcome.

2- I would also be interested in learning more about the business/industry and learn more about specific companies in particular (www.tshirthell.com, Drifter, Affliction, House of Howe, Express, Monarchy, Vurt, and Element).

My company is registered in another state, I do not need to open a new corporation, I was told that I need a registration that shows that I'm able to operate in Florida. I went to the sunbiz.org page but is very confusing, it mainly shows how to open a new corporation, I do not need that, in what page or where can I find the process I just mentioned. Thank you

I have building for $7000. In the Trial balance, it is mentioned that the 3%Depriciation is $500 dollers. Surprizingly how will we treat the depriciation although we make an addition to the building on 12-2006 and accounts are being closed on 31-12-06.

My mother-in-law and I have decided to start our own small business. We will be making soy candles, shea butters, lotions, body washes, soaps and various other items. We are having trouble coming up with a name. I have decided to use the triquetra in our logo. The triquetra is from my favorite show, Charmed. hi, i wanted to build my own page to sell crafts.I had a store but closed because it was outdoor and not enought traffic, so online may be the answer. does anyone have web sites that you offer information or have a store.
