I started a small Web-based business out of my, mostly for fun and to learn about dot-com stuff. The business isn't making any money yet and don't expect it to do so for at least a year or two. However, there are expenses related to running it, i.e. home office supplies, heat, water, web space, etc. Can I take any deductions off the income from my full-time job?

i bought this business..and all in all ive done pretty decent so far (its only been 6 months) but i do everything from accounting to putting jobs together. in the process i hired an employee that seems to be making more and more mistakes both big and small...most of the time leaving me having to redo work. i cant seem to find anyone capable of doing trivial things like cutting glass and using rulers. and with christmas around the corner, I'm under a ton of stress. how do i find a decent employee?

It needs to be memorable and catchy and possible describe us. Our drive is for quality and products your usual supermarket / store would not normally offer.
and obviously I need to be able to buy and use the domain and not infringe on anyone eles Deli name.

What IS and ISN'T absolutely necessary to keep someone from infringing on my design and my "potential product's" name? What is the cheapest way to get the proper documentation done?
