He knew my paypal address and he sold some stuff to a guy on ebay, the $4000 USD was sent to my account, he said he was going to send the merchandise to the buyer, but he never did, he just pocketed all of the money, he is not my friend anymore. Now i cannot use my paypal account because the buyer got a refund, so my account is negative 4000 USD, I wanted to sue my friend but tthe lawyer said it would cost 1000 USD to get the money back, I dont know what to do, I am very upset at my so called friend and I want to get him back...I called the police and they said they couldnt do anything, so what should I do, my parents don't know about this and I dont want to beat up my so-called friend because then I will get arrested. Please any advice will be helpful.

People tell me I’m an incredible problem-solver and brainstormer. At a store I owned people would come in and talk for hours. I’d help them navigate challenges, dilemmas, feelings, etc. Not like a therapist, just as an idea person.

Can I charge for these services? Like set hour appointments for $50?

I run a fairly successful tutoring service and I believe I run it very ethically and quite well.I do amke mistakes but I work hard at improving every aspect.I do not believe in pressurising kids into slogging mindlessly to get marks.I like them to be able to enjoy the work at hand.I now want to expand my operations.Any advice on how to make this transition?What problems to anticipate in this kind of service business?How to recruit the right people etc?
