I run a fairly successful tutoring service and I believe I run it very ethically and quite well.I do amke mistakes but I work hard at improving every aspect.I do not believe in pressurising kids into slogging mindlessly to get marks.I like them to be able to enjoy the work at hand.I now want to expand my operations.Any advice on how to make this transition? What problems to anticipate in this kind of service business? How to recruit the right people etc?

Expand your business with minimum expense.
Aim at building a brand and then sell the brand.
first of get a really functional website, which your clients can
really use , for example get an online tuition sched system in there and post course materials or exersies on there
this shouldnt cost you more than 1000 buks
in terms of recruiting aim for bright but nerdy college students who will charge you less and deliver results.

build a brand.
