ofcourse its a good business to start...but it should look attractive and something different from all other golf courses..for example if u have been to grapevine mall in dallas u can see a mini golf course where everything will be glowing(with radium green, orange etc)..there will be no light etc..so u have to be creative somehow..

The pros of miniature golf is that it is easy to operate. The cons are that there isn't a whole lot of traffic, as in demand, in most places for that.

Dollar for dollar, if I had the cash and were offered to invest in a miniature golf place or a laundromat, I'd take the laundramat even though it is messier and take more work. There is mroe traffic and the traffic brings more money with them, over and over and over again.

Pros all people enjoy it. . . Cons you usally need a lot of money and the fact that you cant just have a mini golf court but you need batting cage's and all kinds of other attractions.

It's inexpensive to operate, doesn't require a large lot. Doesn't bring in that much cash flow though and sometimes the patrons can be um..punks and break property and such.
