Hi, Im trying to get a personal loan so I can pay my sister's college as well some other stuff. I make around $3000, but my credit score or call it history is less than a year. Im making payments on my car for 2 years and a half, but my credit cards are less than a year. I already got rejected from my bank due to the the fact that my credit was young. Can anyone recommend me, what places in Los Angeles are good? my score is a bit above 700 do I have good chances?. Can anyone around Los Angeles suggest me a place that you deal with? I live in Chinatown. Thanks!

The us federal reserve wants a origin of funds and it costs 10% of the amount to get this origin of funds from another country and I cannot afford it because it is for like 17.2million dollars so the 10% would cost 1.72million dollars and I have someone to loan me the money. How could they send it to me on a credit card? I only thought you could charge on a credit card but how do you send money on one. Is it even possible? Would it be like a cash advance if someone deposited that amount with the credit card company?

I was able to finally get a favorable judgement on my SSD case. However I will still not receive any checks for another 4 to 6 weeks However my children and I have to move this weekend. they say that I will receive back pay from 2003 till now but that does not help at this moment can any one tell me where I might be able to obtain an advancement of this judgement. All I need is $3000.00 for our move and bills until these checks come. can't find a place that will advance on this. PLEASE HELP I don't want my children to be out in the cold. If you know please let me know I am at my witts end with this for last 5 years already. Thank you!!

Can anyone help me with this, according to florida law? Basically my father owns a house, 40k in the bank and his only income is social security. That is all. He needs assisted living help but refuses to go to a retirement home. He is 81 and has the early stages of alzheimers. He can not drive or bath himself. Thank you for any help you can provide!

Please someone help. I am a single mother with a disable 10 year daugther. I jsut was divorced and my ex rights were terminated due to what he did to my daughter. I have and inheritance in Africa that is not a scam. How can the funds be transferred thru a credit card and don't someone have to have an expiration date and the 3 #'s on the back to charge anything on the card. I'm getting a $5,000 settlement from a car accident I had last year. (All medical bills have been covered by insurance.) But I'm afraid that I won't spend the money wisely.

Should I pay on some credit card debts? Invest some of it? Save it for a rainy day? Do some Christmas shopping? Make a huge car payment? Pay some of my bills to cover the next few months? Help out my parents who are struggling financially?

I guess I could probably do a combination of these things... but I dont' want to regret any of my spending!!!

I have been trying to reclaim the charges from my bank. I got a letter today offering me just slightly less than half of what I calculated them to be.

Should I carry on and fight or accept their offer?

If I fight, what is the next step? I have never even seen the inside of a court room let alone been part of court proceedings.

If anyone has managed to claim back charges, how did it go for you?
