I am so glad you asked this question. I found this site when i was searching on Google for the Pay by phone thing. I had the same problem and once i read a couple responses i realized that it was because i paid my "store" credit card online.

This is either an auto pay payment from Victoria's Secret or a pay by phone payment. Both will show it as a paid by phone. I have had other accounts on auto pay that show it as paid by phone and have asked customer service reps about this and it was well, that is just how it's done which I guess means they don' know why either.

I dont know what WFN means but if you have either an Express credit card or New York and Company card (or probably any other storecard), and you pay your bills online, it debits your bank account a couple of days afterwards. I dont understand why it would state "pay by phone" especially when the bill was paid online. I freaked out the first time I saw this on my statement and thought it was fraud, but its not. Hope this helps

COMENITY PAY WFN WEB PYMT as it shows up on online banking is a store credit card payment. In this case, King Size Direct. Comenity accepts payments for store credit cards, like Victoria's Secret and King Size direct and others.

Call your bank and find out where it come from, what company it is from. I pay several of my bills with my debit card and they appear on my account with some of the silliest letters I have ever seen. But I have gotten use to them by now, so now I know who and what they are when they debited. Good Luck!!

call the bank- I think they can get the info on exactly who's taking that money out- and probably a phone number. Find out though- identity theft is not something to be taken lightly- make sure you find out exactly who took that money out.
