I was young and very much uninformed about credit when I got my first credit card about six years ago. When my first credit card company asked me what the total annual household income was they told me to include everyone in the house. Which I continued doing until I went to college and had a business course on bankrupcy. Would this be considered fraud?

If someone has paid me with an HSBC cheque, and I have an HSBC bank account, how long will it take that money to be cleared into my account? Will it take the usual 3 - 4 days or is it immediate?

Aren't they the same thing? just with one you can drive and the other you can't. I recently opened an account and now they're calling me and saying that I have to bring in an actual license or they'll close my account. I don't know what to do.

I allowed a friend to live in my house whilst they got on there feet with a job etc,he said he would give me money for food and rent when he`s sorted.He has since got himself sorted moved in own property but has refused to give me what he promised,can i do anything legally,i did keep a rough copy of what the amount was but it was a very rough copy,on peice of cardboard !!!!

for example my broker says the mortgage company could do another credit credit when they transfer the money over to my solicitor...so if i borrowed 5% would it show up on my credit check if it was borrow pretty close to the date of exchange/completion??
or would it be worth taking the risk????
