Go and ask your bank. They have lists of aliases and may be able to tell you the companies real name.

If it's a switch payment, then call your bank and their card department will be able to give you all details of the company, they'll tell you if the card was present, or if it was online etc. If you think it's fraduluent they'll also put a claim in for you and give you your money back. If it's a direct debit, visit your bank and they'll tell you all the details for the originator (ie paper chain), including addresses and telephone numbers. Hope you get it sorted!
