I'm in Taiwan. I get a customer in Gardena, CA. They buy the machine parts from us 2005. We ask them for the payment but no respond. E-mail, Fax, Phone calls all no respond from them. And I know they are not closed. What can I do? (not to tell me to get to their place.)

I don't want to sell them online. I just want to find a place I could drive to where I can give them some books, in exchange for money.

I was given a books a million gift card for christmas but the giver did not write the value of it on the card nor with it.I We don't have any of the stores close to where I live, so I was wondering how I can find out what it's value is either online, or if there is a 24 hr number I can call that will tell me what the value of the card is. I know most gift cards provide a number on the back of the card to call and check the balance but this one doesn't. Nor does it have the website info, and when I checked books a million's website, it just explained how to use the gift cards to pay online, not how to find the balance. Any help would be wonderful. I really didn't want to ask the giver what the balance was. Thanks!

All stores scan UPC codes at checkout for the price of their products, but show only "sale" items on websites. Example: Safeway, Kroger and A&P sell Boost - which has the lower price? Both sell Sylvania and GE 60 watt light bulbs; where's the better price? Why can't I access their UPC price info? I'm sure competitors already check other stores; why can't we?

I'm curious about copywrites. lets say i wanted to submit a book or short story, or even artwork to a competition or a publisher for consideration
would it be smart to copywrite anything i send them first? like couldnt they just jack all my work if i didnt have it copywrited. couldnt some employee theif who works there do it?
im just curious if they can be trusted to take care of all that for you, or is it better not to trust them and do it yourself before you submit anything to anyone.

I wanna buy a TV today but it costs $599 after the mail-in rebate. It costs $899.00 and it said that the mail-in-rebate offer will be sent with the TV when it's delivered to my home.
