I'm in Taiwan. I get a customer in Gardena, CA. They buy the machine parts from us 2005. We ask them for the payment but no respond. E-mail, Fax, Phone calls all no respond from them. And I know they are not closed. What can I do? (not to tell me to get to their place.)

You can sue them. If it's $5,000.00 or less, you can do it in small claims court. You will need to send a representative or hire a lawyer here, but you may be able to add that to the cost. Here is the court in their district, and a person will be able to help you.

if the amount is significant like over 1k ask your local business bureaus. in the U.S. business bureaus are in every other town. so is pretty common. i suggest you go to an U.S. dot gov. site to better find your answers. google key words like consumer report and things i mention above and search under gov for government.
