not sure we understand your question.

any brokerage or discount broker will be happy to help you buy and sell stocks.

as to which ones are worth buying/selling -- that's the stuff that sells hundreds of books. some intro books may be available free at your public library. traderslibrary.com on the web carries a large selection when you're ready to spend money learning.
