Presently the board of directors are 55+. So hardly there are creativity or BD.At this age these directors are worrying about family /peresonal matters only. Moreover due to short time there can not be much changes in the organisation.So in my opinion the board directors must be at the age of 45 to 50 so that they can do better service by which company can perform well.

we are just starting in the manufacturing of manicure, pedicure instruments and beauty care scissors and items used in saloons. Our customers are asking us about the difference in special screws and standard screws that we are to use in our manufacturing and their costs. since we are just starting this business, we are not even aware of what they mean by different types of screws. I have been working at a hair salon for five years. My boss has slowly let things go downhill. As of july she told us we are responsible for our own taxes. Fine I set aside money every week for that , well I have since found out from an old owner that my current boss hasn't paid our taxes for the first half of the year before the change was made. It was deducted each week from our paychecks, but apparently never sent in and I was told she will not have the means of paying us back, My boss doesn't know that I am aware of this, What should I do? I feel like sha stole right out of my pocket. Do I hire a lawyer call workforce commission, or what please, help.

i was researching other answers like mine and they said it could work.. i put this up again to see if there are any more helpful steps verify my cawell they did accept it but i needed this Expanded Use Number and they would charge $1.95 for verification of the real owner of the card...so i tried it but they couldnt verify the card to give me the number... what gives??? Also, is it possible to return my gift card from where i bought it? it still has the orignal value....

Right now I mass mail a letter and everyone sees everyone else's name in the 'TO:' section. I want to mass mail, with each person seeing only their name in the 'TO:' section and having no idea that others are getting the same message. It would also be nice if 'Tom's' message would say, "Dear Tom"; 'John's' message would say, "Dear John," etc. etc. Can I do this?
BCC doesn't work and Lists shows everyone's names. I want it to appear as if each person is getting his/her own personal message.
