Presently the board of directors are 55+. So hardly there are creativity or BD.At this age these directors are worrying about family /peresonal matters only. Moreover due to short time there can not be much changes in the organisation.So in my opinion the board directors must be at the age of 45 to 50 so that they can do better service by which company can perform well.

Age alone should never be a limiting factor. While there is something to be said for experience, there is also much to be said for fresh thinking and creativity. Also there are many individuals who learn fast and can obtain and understand sophisticated knowledge quickly. IMHO the best boards operate with pluralism, having representation from different opinions and working to compromise in the middle.
