I have listened to almost all of Robert Kiyosaki audio books. And I learned alot from him. But I would love to have a mentor or someone I can turn to for advice. I don't really live in a area where theres many financially successful people. If you are in real estate, business, or stock market and have some free time to provide me advice or instant mesenger. Hi, thank you very much for your response! Let me tell you what I need exactly.
My cousin is having a birthday soon and I would like to make a present for him.
I want it to be something special. For example cosmetics packed in gift wrap with a card inside for his wife.
Please let me know what you can offer. Also I want to send $900 via Western Union wire transfer as an additional money present
for my cousin. The only problem
is I want to make them surprised and don't want them to know that the present is from me
to let it remain a surprise.

I got a call today about a loan application I had put in for them. But they want a collateral before they put the money in my account. I checked the internet and i found there website, but I don't see anything bad about them. Has anyone ever heard of putting up collateral first? The reason we were told we had to was because our credit is below average.
