i work in a customer service call center. everyday i listen to horror stories about a call some1 got. sometimes i just feel like asking "why" for the people that have done this before why is when u call up complaining about something is it really necesary to curse and yell? cause alot of the times if your asking for your money back 9 times out of 10 the rep will give your money back without u yelling. infact if your nicer and just dont yell and curse and basically have a tantrum the rep is alot more willing to help and give you more discounts. do u not relize that its not the reps fault about how the companies run, all they do it answer the phones. just so u know when your cussing, yelling and just complaining the rep is pressing mute and laughing at you & usually puts some kind of note in your account saying this customer is a cry baby. i'm not atacking any one...just think the next time u call someplace complain, think r u nicer if someone is yell or talking regularly to u.

Incoming e's to many addresses at one time offering part-time work. Wants you to accept money and then wire to UK or Nigeria. A HUGE SCAM!!! Have you been involved with this? I have and need to warn everyone....The amounts involved are over 3,000. Don't let it happen to you.
Tell me if you have seen this. This is also coming out of China. Have you read it??

I joined a brand new private gym - and signed up for a prepaid 6 month membership. Those 6 months have passed, and the gym has not opened. I'm planning on suing for my money back because the gym claims they don't give refunds. Does anyone agree that this is a huge breach of contract? And getting my money back will be easy?

I have a simple product idea that is needed. I do not know how to begin to manufacture or outsource overseas. Do I send someone the prototype? Do I mass produce it myself? What about packaging. I can distribute/market. It is 'getting' the product that I am having a hard time with. Any guidence is greatly appreciated.

Ive checked some spots online, but I cant find any information on the topic except for restaurant reviews. I am trying to find info that would share what exactly I would need in terms of equipment and beginning supplies to start a micro distillery/eatery. Does anyone have any resources available?
