He's either hiding in heaven or in hell.., depending on the way he spent his life. The cops will never think to look there. Besides, I'm pretty sure there is no extradition treaties in either place.

Well, all I know is I want to see the body...and i want to put about 10 bullets in it. They guy cheated enough money out of the retirement accounts of thousands of people that he could pay a few off to get the hell out of town.
