Im trying to get rid of faxing. If there is a way for me to scan and e-mail this would be a good thing! I have a Hp psc1315all-in one printer,scanner,copier. HELP.---

What does an employer have to pay me (cents per mile) for using my own car for work? I'm in PA and I am being paid .36 per mile for rembursement but I understand it's higher. Does anyone know what the IRS allows?
