Cut lawns, walk dogs, pick-up doggy poo, babysit, paint houses, odd jobs. Ask around and see what people don't like to do. Offer to do that job for a fee.

start an investment club... pool your resources together and try to beat the odds at the stock market, have a legitimate fee like $2 a day per person plus brokerage fees. Hold it at your place.
