This company was losing money and then somebody all the sudden wants to buy them out for double their share price? What's up with that? And then 16 million shares are bought for that new price or near it? What's up with that? This company was supposedly saddled with subprime mortgages that were defaulting! That whole REIT residential industry was supposed to be hurting! So I take it, to move the market, you just get somebody to say they want to buy your company for double the price at beginning of day and offer your stock for double on the market showing a spike in your graph and millions flock to it? Is the market today that mad? I could see buying it at $2.60 per share the day before on rumors it was gonna double, but after it doubled, buy it?

I estimated the losses would be around SGD8000. It is over my creditability. I don't own any credit cards or cash line card. The actual settlement day is another 3 days to go prior the bank see to it I have difficulty to settle once and for all. At the moment I should be able to pay 40% of the bill.

Wat option can I take? Any installment with low interest plan for this kind of situation?

Sounds strange, but my mother has passed down a genetic brain disorder. She died when she was 63 in a nursing home. Now my oldest sister has it, and I am starting to think if I end up with it, I may never reach retirement. What happens to the money in my 403B? Will they give it to me and tax me to death? Should I invest in some other way? I am 42 yrs old now and this is pretty darned depressing. If I am socking money away to go to a nursing home, I would like for it to be a nice one and not worry about my fniancial issues?
