Best business that needs zero funds is Consulting. You can do that in any field. Weight loss, Construction, Computers, Web sites, Investments, Trading, Fashion etc.
Now, all you have to do is to find clients who will pay you.
If you are good, you will make a LOT of money.

Any low budget business is doomed for failure. Only start a business when you have enough capital to sustain yourself for 5 months.
