1. Am looking at various mutual funds in the 401K plan and want to know what are some key parameters I should focus on? I want to be able to compare and select the best mutual fund options available across the different categories (balanced fund, large blend, mid growth, small cap... etc). Please advise the best method to go about doing this.

2. Is it better to leave the 401k in my previous company's plan or to roll it over to a IRA account?

A regular savings account only gives you a certain percent of interest. However, a ROTH IRA account gives plenty of interest because it's basically a porfolio filled with mutual funds, bonds, and other investments. How many people do the same or use some other form of high interest for their savings account like a Money market account instead of a regular savings account. Anything is better than a regular savings account, Do you agree?

The website is one of a kinda, like no other. It will require at least 75,000 to start up. It can become nationwide relatively easy. Everyone needs this service and would use it regularly if allowed to.

I'm affordable and have lots of free time. I have a 9-5 that doesn't take too much effort and allows me a lot of free time to do whatever I choose. Looking to exercise my brain and let all my ideas become creations.

Please let me know, If your firm or you know of someone who would be willing to sponsor me for a NASD Series 7, let me know! I am willing to pay for it. You could email me at askhung@gmail.com. I've been working in a firm for over 3 years and there's not enough room to get me sponsored so I am looking else where. There's just not enough places willing to sponsor someone, thus I'm willing to pay to get sponsor. So if you know of anyone or a company, please get in touch with me at askhung@gmail.com. My name is Hung!

Imagine you have 2 partners, and all you got now is a domain, and a potential website with good content and functionality.

Now, you need funding, financing. You don't even have a company at this point. None of your partners has finance background. We do
nobody who works at a VC.

What are the procedure in order to get VC funding? Would you open a company with your 2 partners first? Please list out as many procedures as possible.

Where to find the VC?
What do they need to see?
Will they invest into our company?
Or open a new company to hold the domain altogether?

What do VC do in fact?
